The Mechanical Engineering Team Leader will be the responsible for the integral built up and management of a new Mechanical Engineering Team and a strong interaction in the Mechatronics field. The position will coordinate with other MAHLE entities inside the R&D; teams, will interact with suppliers, clients and different partners.**Your Role & Responsibilities**- Planning and establishing of the needed resources to to allow a proper development towards the PDP.
- Leadership on PDP processes in the Mechanic area.
- Management of the Mechanical area design team.
- To provide mechatronics engineering recommendations and support in engineering reviews, strategic plans and project.
- Supply strong support in Drive Unit and motor topics, especially in the tolerancing and concentricity areas.
- To manage budgeting and resource planning.
- To ensure on-time product development by collaborating with other leaders to estimate reasonable and precise schedules and solve problems quickly.
- To create quality validation, evaluation requirements and tests.**Your Skills & Strengths**
- Mechatronics and/or mechanics profile.
- More than 10 years' experience in the mechatronics tasks.
- Experience leading technical teams.
- Experience with mechanic and electronic design.
- Knowledge on designing R&D; processes.
- Knowledge of the principles and equipment of an electric bike would be advantageous.
- Experience in problem solving and scheduling action plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- English C1 level.
