Manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and other relevant channels
Develop a full-funnel strategy : TOFU brand ads, MOFU destination-driven ads, and BOFU retargeting
Continuously analyze performance, A / B test creatives, and improve conversion metrics
Collaborate with our creative and content teams to brief and iterate on ad creatives (UGC, video, banners)
Own reporting : budget tracking, ROAS, CPA and growth insights
Identify and test new paid media opportunities (TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
Qualifications
A data-driven marketer with hands-on experience in managing paid traffic at performance-focused startups or marketplaces
Comfortable with both strategy and execution – from campaign planning to daily optimization
Confident in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4
Fluent in English, self-starting, and flexible in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about food, travel, or both!
