As an Account Manager – Key Accounts (France) at Qualifyze, you'll drive growth by retaining and expanding existing customer accounts, focusing on generating net new ARR. This role requires a proactive, hunter mentality, identifying upsell opportunities and increasing share of wallet within your client base. You will serve as a trusted partner in the French market, combining strategic account planning with hands-on execution. Success requires a strong SaaS background, preferably in high-growth or B2B environments, and the ability to thrive within a Series B startup environment that is agile, hands-on, and adaptable.Experience in the Life Sciences sector, particularly in quality compliance or auditing services, is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of existing clients, cultivating long-term relationships.Ensure seamless customer journey post-deal closure, delivering ongoing value.Drive upselling and cross-selling within your accounts to achieve 100% share of wallet.Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social channels to secure meetings and explore opportunities.Visit key accounts (+€30k deal size) on-site to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.Collaborate with Customer Success, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful audits.Maintain accurate CRM data (HubSpot) on deals, forecasts, and opportunities.Provide monthly forecasts to maintain pipeline visibility.Develop deep industry knowledge in auditing and pharma sectors to engage effectively with clients.Proven experience in account management or customer success within B2B or Life Sciences industries.Experience in SaaS sales or account management in dynamic, tech-driven environments.Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.Proficiency in CRM tools, especially HubSpot.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts.Self-motivated, independent, and collaborative.Adaptable to a fast-changing environment with a pragmatic approach.Life Sciences background is a plus.Nice to Have
