About the role:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Lead Product Manager to elevate our ecosystem of products.

* Managing a team of 7 mid+ and senior-level product managers with strong domain expertise.

Success indicators for this role:

* Launching successful AI-powered features and products.
* Developing commercially successful products within our portfolio.
* Driving product-led revenue growth in existing customer segments.

What you’ll be doing:

* Define and own the product roadmap, translating strategy into actionable plans aligned with business goals.
* Lead development of new AI-powered features and products to create value and revenue streams.
* Streamline workflows to enhance team efficiency and delivery speed.
* Mentor and develop the product team, contribute to hiring, and foster continuous growth.
* Collaborate with the CEO, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
* Use data, customer insights, and performance metrics to inform decisions and measure impact.
* Monitor market dynamics, customer needs, and emerging tech to identify opportunities.

About you:

* Proven success in launching B2B SaaS products with measurable business impact.
* Strong analytical skills and technical fluency, comfortable working with engineers and data.
* Experience in innovative tech-driven products, not just UX or feature improvements.
* Entrepreneurial mindset — thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and take ownership.
* Deep curiosity about emerging tech, especially AI, ML, and agents.
* Metrics-driven with clear KPIs and product growth strategies.
* Confident in customer engagement and feedback collection.
* Excellent communication skills in distributed teams.

Who this role is NOT for:

* Focus on consumer or mobile products, or slow-moving enterprise environments.
* Primarily experienced in feature delivery or UX without strategic product impact.
* Lack of a track record of successful product launches with business results.
