Job Responsibilities:
* Event planning:
o Defining and understanding the objectives and goals of the event, aligning them with the proposal.
o Developing a work plan with key dates, budget, necessary resources, and schedule of activities.
o Creating the creative/technical proposal with the creative team based on the briefing and event indications.
o Organizing all event-related documentation in Google Drive folders.
o Ensuring compliance with Nanook's sustainability plan.
* Event management:
o Preparation and management of event budgets; strong Excel skills are required.
o Monitoring expenses and seeking ways to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
o Coordinating logistical aspects: preparing the Day by Day document and supervising event execution.
o Exceeding client expectations through thorough preparation and clear communication.
* Post-event:
o Conducting debriefings with clients to analyze outcomes.
o Preparing case studies and mailing customer satisfaction surveys.
o Submitting proposals within deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
o Coordinating and following up with all involved parties.
o Ensuring the smooth running of the event on the day and closing the project in corporate tools.
Qualifications:
* Degree in marketing, communication, journalism, advertising, psychology, or similar.
* Specific training in protocol, event management, or hospitality is an asset.
* At least 7 years of experience in executing full-service corporate events.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace.
* Experience with corporate events.
* English proficiency at B2 level or higher preferred.
* Leadership skills for strategic coordination with teams and partners.
