General Summary Achieve targeted sales goals and objectives within the territory by presenting, promoting and selling Candela Glace product line and associated consumables to physicians and/or other customers as dictated by respective state regulations in a defined sale.
brEssential Job Functions
br• Increase to, or maintain, a high level of Glace unit sales production every quarter.
br• Consult with medical professionals regarding product benefits to patients, and ROI to practice.
br• Prospect and identify new account opportunities
br• Pipeline Development:
bro Maintain a specified dollar amount in qualified business every quarter
bro Identify new accounts each quarter that are actively seeking to invest in new technology.
br• Schedule and execute Glace product demonstrations with involvement of Clinical Educator
br• Present Glace in a compliant, professional, knowledgeable, ethical and sincere manner
br• Interact professionally with physicians, allied health care personnel, and/or other laser users
br• Represent Candela at workshops, tradeshows, conferences and conventions
br• Support clinical efforts when necessary or practical
br• Support sales and marketing by relaying key competitive and/or clinical information
br• Work with AVP Sales Directors to develop quarterly forecast objectives
br• Manage home and mobile ofice to enhance responsiveness to customers and sales support personnel.
br• Keep CRM (Salesforce.com) up-to-date at all times
brKnowledge/Educational Requirements
br• Education: BA/BS degree of higher preferred
br• Experience: 1-3 years, capital equipment or other B2B product sales required.
br• Experience with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, med spas, or other aesthetics highly preferred
br• Willingness to travel 25 to 50% of the time
