**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage different projects within the leasing or financial services sector.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion, including coordination of testing activities in alignment with business priorities.
- Report directly to the Head of Operations TFS, providing regular updates on project status.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Cooperate with all Management Team to map and implement a consistent set of working process and procedures, also by means of aligning operating systems requirements to the business governance model in force from time to time.
Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:
Requirements: - Education: Degree in Economics or Management Engineering (¿ADE?). - Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in project management - Skills: o Strong leadership and team management skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. o Experience with project management software and tools. o Advanced proficiency in English.
