Your Role:
* Provide technical assistance and support to clients on software and cloud-based products, including Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, and Microsoft Windows.
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to cloud technologies, offering solutions via phone, email, or chat.
* Handle diverse customer situations with empathy, professionalism, and excellent communication.
* Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, utilizing critical and logical thinking to find effective solutions.
* Document and manage support cases, ensuring all issues are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
* Work in collaboration with other team members to ensure high customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
* Stay up to date with the latest technologies and updates for supported products and services.
Your Qualifications:
* Fluent in English (Native level); proficiency in additional languages (Italian, Polish, Spanish, Hungarian, or Czech) is a strong advantage.
* Training or experience in IT technologies/products, with a focus on cloud technologies and Microsoft products (Office, Outlook, Onedrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server).
* Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage and resolve customer issues effectively.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
* Experience as an IT Technician or in a similar technical support role is beneficial but not required.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
