Reporting to the General E-Business & CRM Manager, as a **Customer Experience Intern** you will have the opportunity to:
- Customer Care platform management
- Customer Service requests management
- Transversal collaboration with different stakeholders to solve orders enquiries.
- Assistance with administrative and ecommerce operations tasks: stocks, orders, materials, etc.
- Continuous analysis of customer behavior, taking relevant insights and proposals to launch to improve Customer Experience for the brand.
- Take part of the definition of Customer Care at global level for an omnichannel environment.
**Profile**:
**PROFILE**
- Studies: Degree in Marketing, or similar
- Languages: High level of English, Japanese IS A PLUS
- Possibility of signing an agreement with the university or school of studies.
