This role is a Hybrid Role: Employees are expected to work from our Cornellà de Llobregat (Barcelona) office 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days.
Responsibilities
* Act as Senior Project Leader in the development and follow-up of assigned product launches and animations.
* Promote and ensure the global image of the assigned strategic brands and proactively generate proposals and ideas to reinforce the strategic line.
* Prepare a medium- and long-term master plan for assigned brands, planning timing by phases for each project.
* Coordinate with all departments involved (Operations, Packaging, Legal, Regulatory, R&D, external suppliers) to develop launches, ensuring cost, quality, and timing parameters are respected.
* Create and analyze expected P&L per project.
* Coordinate and prepare necessary product tests with the Claims Department and external agencies.
* Identify necessary product or market testing needs or other important information for optimal performance.
* Conduct market and competition knowledge and analysis.
* Coordinate internal administrative management processes required for new launch (creation of codes, requests for country forecasts, preparation of reports and presentations).
* Develop 360/ big‑ideas activation concepts aligned with Education Team for all touchpoints (POS, digital/social, in‑salon services, education programs).
* Prepare and present internal and external project briefs, including advertising agencies, and follow‑up on advertising shoots with stakeholders.
* Inform country marketing departments of new projects and launch plans and gather their feedback.
* Support countries with brand launches or animation activities, presenting and arguing the launches to local operational sales or marketing teams.
* Monitor reporting of assigned projects through reports or presentations.
* Follow up on the agenda in development, sending and delivery of launch or animation materials for the countries and informing departments of status.
* Consolidate information on distribution, sales and evolution of assigned brands in the countries.
* Control and follow up on orders placed with external suppliers.
* Prepare international meetings (coordination of materials, presentations).
* Monitor and control expenditure (Brand Support) on projects, respecting assigned budget and anticipating deviations.
* Provide Digital team with necessary information for website updates and campaign development on social media for assigned brands.
* Collaborate with Education in creating training programs for hairdressers.
* Maintain documentation archive and image library (Intranet).
* Travel and trips as necessary to carry out work.

Qualifications
* Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines from an accredited institution.
* Excellent written and spoken English (other languages are a plus).
* At least 8 years of relevant experience (ideally from the sector).
* Positive, dynamic, confident, structured thinker.
* Experience working or living abroad is a plus.
