Role Overview: This is a full-time, 100% remote opportunity, exclusively available for candidates residing in Ukraine.
Key Requirements:
* Fluent English (Advanced level or higher, both written and spoken)
* 3+ years of relevant experience managing social advertising campaigns
* Proven experience running Facebook Ads in TIER1 markets (3+ years)
* Strong proficiency with Google Analytics
* Advanced Excel skills (Vlookup, pivot tables)
* Deep understanding of traffic acquisition tools
* Exceptional communication and proactive approach
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt effectively
Your Responsibilities:
* Plan, set up, and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads, Twitter, Taboola, OutBrain, and more
* Regularly monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI
* Generate insightful weekly and monthly reports based on key performance indicators
* Collaborate daily with cross-functional project teams
* Track and manage campaign goals, revenue targets, and present clear results to clients
Nice-to-have Qualifications:
* Experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and X
* Proven track record managing substantial advertising budgets
* Previous experience targeting and succeeding in Western markets
* Team management experience
