About SVibe
SVibe is a fast-growing international startup in the sexual wellness space. We build design-led products and brand experiences across B2B and D2C channels, and we move quickly. We are looking for a junior, highly proactive marketing generalist who can execute day-to-day marketing tasks while keeping our visual standards consistently high.
The role
You will support both B2B and D2C marketing with a strong focus on design execution, brand consistency, and Instagram management. This role is idóneo for someone early in their career who enjoys working across a variety of content formats, can produce clean marketing materials, and can coordinate efficiently across teams.
What you will do
Instagram and social media management (core)
- Manage SVibe's Instagram day-to-day: content calendar, posting, scheduling, and basic community management
- Coordinate content creation with internal stakeholders and creators, ensuring assets are on-brand and delivered on time
- Adapt content for formats like Reels, Stories, and posts (cropping, resizing, cover frames, captions)
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, follower growth) and suggest monthly improvements
Design-led marketing execution (core)
- Create and adapt marketing assets in Canva and similar tools (banners, partner assets, newsletter graphics, simple ad variations)
- Resize, localise, and format assets for different channels and specs (web, email, print-ready exports when needed)
- Ensure brand consistency across all outputs (colour accuracy, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, packaging and product visuals alignment)
- QA and finalise files before publishing or sending to partners
B2B partner marketing
- Prepare marketing kits for distributors and retailers (image packs, product one-pagers, launch assets, logos, guidelines)
- Maintain an organised asset library with strong version control (folders, naming, clean \"final\" exports)
- Support product launches with partner-ready materials and fast turnaround
Email and newsletter execution
- Build, schedule, and maintain newsletters and campaign emails
- Maintain and improve email templates for consistent design and readability
- Track performance basics and propose small monthly improvements (layout, subject lines, send timing)
Website and marketing operations
- Coordinate and update website banners and simple visual content blocks (working with Shopify or your web owner)
- Maintain campaign calendars, checklists, UTM links, and internal briefs
- Handle marketing admin tasks that keep execution smooth across the team
Customer support support (as needed)
- Help the team during peak periods with clear, on-brand responses and escalation notes
- Flag recurring customer issues and feedback patterns to marketing and product
What we are looking for
Must-have
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and taste level for clean, modern design
- Highly proactive, organised, and comfortable working fast across multiple tasks daily
- Canva proficiency and confidence producing polished, brand-consistent assets
- Basic competence managing an Instagram account professionally (scheduling, captions, formatting, community basics)
Big plus
- Design experience (Figma and or Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, basic layout principles, print vs digital understanding)
- Experience with email tools (Klaviyo or similar) and template building
- Basic Shopify content experience (banners, simple updates)
- Interest in sexual wellness and comfort working in the category
What success looks like
- Instagram is consistently active, on-brand, and improving in engagement and content quality
- Partners receive consistent assets quickly with minimal back-and-forth
- Newsletters go out reliably, look premium, and continuously improve
- Website and campaign visuals stay up to date, cohesive, and accurate to brand colours
- The marketing team runs smoother because operations, files, and execution are always under control
