**Job description**
You will be responsible for the bookkeeping of Several Group companies this means you will be working closely together with our external Accountants in Barcelona, our payroll company and there will have weekly face to face meetings with the CEO & Chairman. Your tasks consist of making sure all incoming and outgoing intra company charges are made, any receipts will be imported in XERO our bookkeeping system. Besides, you will have to work closely with our commercial team to make sure you are aware of all the new integrations with our technology platform partners.
Your main responsibilities and activities are:
- Making sure the finances and bookkeeping system is up to date
- Import incoming and outgoing invoices in XERO and keep track on margins
- Solve issues and challenges
- Provide periodic results by financial statements/ management accounts / bank balances etc
- Provide periodic projections by providing financial statements
- Set realistic monthly goals for the team to achieve
- Preparing invoices and contracts
- Prepare payments to partners

The office is located in Son Castello about 5 minutes from the city of Palma de Mallorca. You can work part time remotely. You will have the ability to grow within the company as you will be the main Bookeeper and will build a team around you in due course. **Your profile**
Important skill-sets you need to have:
- Financial experience for a minimum of 3 years
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent English (primary) and secondary Spanish language skills
- Driven & goal orientated
- Excellent Excel skills
