The Business Development Manager New Products EMEA is accountable for accelerating the commercial success of newly launched and priority products across the region. This role owns the end-to-end business development cycle for NPIs—from market readiness and early adopter activation to pipeline build, conversion, and scale-up. The position reports to the GM Commercial Growth EMEA.
This position reports to the General Manager Commercial Growth EMEA and is part of the Commercial Team EMEA Region.
NPI Commercial Strategy & Pipeline Management : Drive regional business development for new products, translate launch goals into actionable country plans with clear targets, and build/accelerate a robust NPI pipeline. Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Applications, Service, Supply Chain) to ensure comprehensive readiness, training, and smooth go-live execution for product launches. Sales Force Empowerment & Deal Support: Collaborate with Marketing to equip country sales teams with essential tools, value propositions, and support for priority NPI deals to enhance win rates. Possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related scientific or technical field experience.
~8+ years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or product commercialization
Proven track record of launching and scaling new products in diagnostics, medtech, or life sciences
