About the Role
We’re seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team in Barcelona. This hybrid role (2 days per week on-site) focuses on hunting and closing new business opportunities across the retail sector, selling innovative SaaS solutions in the FinTech, cloud, and data space.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive net new revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing enterprise-level deals
* Target and develop strategic accounts within the retail vertical
* Manage the full sales cycle — from outreach and product demos to negotiation and close
* Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
* Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
* Stay up to date with market trends in FinTech, cloud, and data software
Requirements
* 2–5 years of software sales experience
* Proven track record of hunting and closing new business
* Experience selling into or engaging with retail or enterprise clients
* Comfortable working independently and managing a consultative sales cycle
* Fluent in English; Spanish or other European languages a plus
* Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona
