We are looking for a Logistics & Customer Service Specialist professional for our engineering department located in Coslada.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support
Prepare export documentation (import-export knowledge)
Place purchase orders to factories and subcontractors according to the needs of other areas within the department and follow them up until final delivery
Receive, organize, and prepare materials in the warehouse
Prepare and issue orders in SAP
Invoicing
Requirements
Forklift and bridge crane license
Experience: at least 2 years in a similar position
Experience in customer service and client interaction
Strong teamwork skills
Experience handling incidents and issues
Knowledge of SAP B1
Knowledge of import/export processes (DUAs, Incoterms, etc.)
