About the Team

The Brand team at HBX Group is responsible for defining the brand strategy across all key touchpoints. We work cross‐functionally to ensure the brand supports business growth, clarifies our value proposition, and delivers a consistent and compelling experience - particularly across digital and commercial platforms.

Internship Mission

Support the Brand team in the evolution of the HBX Group website into a strong commercial platform. The intern will contribute to the launch of the hybrid model and help drive the transition from a primarily corporate website to a clear, engaging, and commercially effective brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Website & CMS Support

* Support the optimisation and effective use of the existing CMS.
* Assist with updates, creation, and maintenance of website pages in line with brand and commercial priorities.
* Help identify opportunities to improve structure, clarity, and usability of existing pages.

Transition to a Commercial Website

* Support the shift from corporate storytelling to a more commercial, valued-driven website approach.
* Review existing content to identify areas needing clearer messaging, stronger value propositions, and improved calls‐to‐action.
* Contribute ideas to improve how products, services, and the hybrid model are presented online.

Content & Cross‐Functional Coordination

* Work closely with Content and Product Marketing teams to support:
* New optimised website content
* Launch-related pages and updates
* Implementation of SEO strategy
* Help coordinate content updates to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with go‐to‐market priorities.

Brand Consistency & Quality

* Support the Brand team in ensuring consistent tone of voice and messaging across all website content.
* Assist with brand review and quality checks before content goes live.

Launch & Project Support

* Support website readiness for key milestones, including the hybrid model launch.
* Contribute to documentation of best practices and learnings related to brand and website development.

Profile We're Looking For

* Interest in branding, digital marketing, communications, or business
* Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable working with digital tools and eager to learn CMS platforms
* Structured, proactive, and curious mindset
* Ability to collaborate with multiple teams
* Fluent In English
