Receptionist & Office Coordinator | StartGroup (La Cala de Mijas)
StartGroup is an established real estate agency (since 2003) known for professionalism and innovation. We are currently seeking a bilingual Receptionist & Office Coordinator to join our team in La Cala de Mijas. This is a pivotal role that serves as the primary liaison between our international clientele, property owners, and our sales team.
The Schedule (Full-Time)
This is a stable, full-time position with the following set hours:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 10:00 – 18:00
- Tuesday: 09:15 – 18:00
- Saturday: 10:00 – 14:00 ( One Saturday per month )
Key Responsibilities
- Front-of-House & Communication: Manage all incoming inquiries (phone/email) and welcome visitors. Ensure leads are accurately recorded in the CRM and distributed to the sales team.
- Digital Workflow: Support our "Zero Paper" mission by maintaining high-standard digital archives and document compliance (DIA).
- Property & Owner Support: Assist property owners with administrative inquiries and manage key distribution/security protocols.
- Visual Standards: Update office window displays weekly and ensure the reception area maintains a premium appearance.
Requirements
- Languages: Native or bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM systems, digital filing, and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
- Experience: Proven background in a customer-facing or administrative role.
- Traits: You are proactive, highly organized, and maintain a polished professional demeanor.
