Job PurposeLead major transformation programs (max 2 to 3 at a time), focusing on accelerating transversal business capabilities, and transforming the way we operate the business to drive competitiveness. Contribute to the design of the programs and their implementation, ensuring they meet their intended outcomes and are aligned with Pernod Ricard Iberia´s business strategy. Support the business teams impacted by said programs providing them guidance and coordination.Accountabilities/ResponsibilitiesSupport the company’s transformation roadmap- Support the Head of Transformation in defining an ambitious yet manageable Transformation roadmap for the company and the Transformation Office- Articulate the case for change and the ambition of emerging transformation programs, in line with the company's strategy and the business imperatives- Outline the scope and objectives of these programs, and formulate a comprehensive plan with clear deliverables to secure buy-in from leadership and key stakeholders, and guide the program's progressionLead the design of the "To Be" model- Lead the design of the target model ("To be"), grounded in a solid understanding of the current state ("As Is") and a well-defined vision of a future state that responds to the company's strategy- Shape the "To Be" model with a commitment to listening and closely collaborating with the business stakeholders to design changes that are both relevant for, and supported by, the business- Take the design from concept to operational, detailing it sufficiently to secure its real-world feasibility and readiness for implementation- Acknowledge business constraints and find pragmatic and actionable solutions that effectively support the business in achieving its mission- Find the right balance between detailed design and presente implementation recognizing that practical experience is key to refining and enhancing the approachDrive the implementation of the transformation- Sequence the rollout of the program setting ambitious yet realistic objectives and timeline- Rigorously prepare the implementation, detailing plans and clearly defining stakeholders' roles and deliverables, and providing templates for guidance- Actively support the transformation rollout, leveraging influence to ensure deliverables are met, orchestrating stakeholder collaboration and resolving conflicts if needed- Provide hands on support to the business, assisting the first-time creation of deliverables when necessary, and guiding stakeholders through the evolution of their roles- Navigate uncertainties, reassuring/ managing stakeholders' expectations, finding solution on-the-go while holding the course- Establish and maintain strong communication channels with stakeholders and top management, providing regular updates and reports on program status and progressAccompany the transformation to long term success- Support the change management by providing company-wide visibility on the transformation and promoting adherence to its core principles- Identify and address capability gaps as they emerge, ensuring the business is equipped to operate at its full potential- Champion the continuous improvement of the program by actively seeking feedback and identifying areas for developmentSome of the transformation programs you might be required to work on- (to be determined according to the prevailing needs and resources to be mobilized at the time)_Collaborative Business Planning operating model: Transform the company's strategic planning operating model to enhance the collaboration between functions and improve our capacity to steer the business towards our ambitionRevenue Growth Management maturity: Build a transversal RGM function, positioning it as a key partner of the business to maximize value creation while beating the market consistentlyData analytics & Insights maturity: Build a data-driven organization, capable of generating and exploiting a growing amount of data to generate insights and drive the decision-makingJob RequirementsAcademic (Qualifications) & Professional experience required- > 7 years of experience working in business strategy or FMCG business transversal departments.- Strategy consulting background in a top tier firm is a must - key topics touched: Fact-based business strategy, operating model redesign, Transformation/ PMO- 2+ years of relevant business experience, preferably in the FMCG sector, with business and project management skills (Strategic planning, Revenue growth mgmt or FP&A;).- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree from Engineering or Business School / University.- Fluent in Spanish and English.
