brAs an Instructional Designer, Passenger Portfolio, you will work closely with Passenger Processing portfolio stakeholders including product managers, solution specialists, delivery, and field service teams to gather training requirements and translate them into scalable training programmes.
br
brThese may include eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT/VILT), and other training collateral. Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Training, you will be part of the Global Product Training team, responsible for training content across the Passenger Portfolio.
brYou will design, develop, and deliver innovative training content for Passenger portfolio solutions.
br
brCollaborate with product managers, solution specialists, and SMEs to gather training requirements.
br• Design and develop scalable training solutions, including eLearning, ILT/VILT, tutorials, simulations, and job aids.
br• Participate in productisation and product sprint meetings to align training with feature releases.
br• Continuously update training content in line with product evolution and learner feedback.
br• Support and coach facilitators to deliver high-impact live training sessions.
br• Ensure training content meets internal quality standards and industry best practices for instructional design and multimedia.
br• Collaborate with LMS administrators, technical writers, and training operations teams.
br
br5+ years’ experience in instructional design, ideally within technology or SaaS environments.
br• Proven experience designing content for diverse audiences, including technical, sales, and operational roles.
br• Strong visual, multimedia, and interaction design skills.
br• Excellent communication, organisational, and project management capabilities.
br• Highly skilled in incorporating multimedia elements such as graphics, video, animation, and interactivity into learning experiences.
br• Adaptable in teaching and design approach, tailoring solutions to different audiences and learning needs.
br• Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional strategies, and learning theories.
br• Familiar with instructional design models and best practices.
br• eLearning Authoring Tools: Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, or equivalent.
br• Multimedia Design Editing: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Camtasia, Canva.
br• Storyboarding Visual Design: Figma, PowerPoint, Miro, Lucidchart.
br• Video Audio Production: Audacity, Camtasia, Descript.
br• Basic Web Technologies (Preferred): HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
br• Data Learning Analytics: Excel, Power BI, or LMS-native analytics tools.
br• Collaboration Project Management Tools: Microsoft Teams, Jira, Asana, Trello, SharePoint, Monday.com.
