This role, as the P&O Site Head for the Palafolls manufacturing site, will lead People & Organization strategy, drive talent, performance, culture, and organizational initiatives to enable business success, oversee local HR operations, partner with leaders, ensure compliance with labor law, and foster a high‑performing, inclusive workplace.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Enable business performance by driving and executing people & organization plans for the manufacturing site in Palafolls
* Act as the most senior member and representative of P&O on the site, reporting to the P&O Country Head
* Lead and develop a team of Country/Site Business Partners
* Drive the site’s talent agenda: workforce planning execution, talent management program adoption, talent review and succession planning, leadership development, and talent development
* Lead performance management: partner with organization and people leaders to build high‑performing teams, coach teams and leaders on performance topics and team dynamics, and support the annual performance management process
* Support talent acquisition in employer branding (local EVP) and drive onboarding
* Support rewards in year‑end process, global mobility, compensation, job evaluation, and manage local benefits
* Support position changes (including promotions and exits) and initiate organizational changes
* Drive local culture & DEI initiatives and engage in speak‑up and other local matters, and advise on in‑country P&O policies
* Drive operational excellence for operational P&O processes of the site
What You Need To Bring To The Role
* 5–10 years of experience working as a P&O Business Partner
* Knowledge of local labor law and employment relations – a must
* Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment preferred
* Strong collaboration skills
* Fluent English & Spanish – mandatory
