Senior product manager

At Hevy, we’re building the best social workout tracker app in the world. Millions of lifters already use Hevy to log their training, share progress, and push each other forward.

We’re looking for a SeniorProduct Manager in Barcelona, a senior hire who will own a significant product area end-to-end, reporting directly to the Head of Product.

We’re a small team supporting millions of users and adding thousands more every day, so this is a high-impact, high-ownership role at a product that’s already at scale.

What you’ll do:

• Own the vision and roadmap for your area: from identifying the right problems to defining what winning looks like.
• Translate complex user problems into clear, prioritized product specs that give your team the context to make great decisions.
• Work closely with engineering and design to ship fast and iteratively, keeping quality high.
• Collaborate with designers to push the quality of every UX detail: you have strong opinions and can articulate them well.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to drive key metrics and improve the experience of your users.
• Synthesize user research, behavioral data, and market trends to surface the highest-impact opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably at a consumer-facing company + mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• You can define and articulate a product vision for your area, not just manage a backlog, but tell a compelling story about where you’re going, why.
• Design sense: you have strong aesthetic and UX instincts, hold the bar high for quality and great experience for users.
• Previous A/B testing experience: you know how to design experiments, size them properly, interpret results, and iterate on it.
• Technical credibility: you don’t need to write code, but you understand system design trade-offs, and feel comfortable speaking the language of engineers.
• Effective communication and influence skills, with the ability to align cross-functional partners and clearly explain decisions and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English: you write clearly and concisely.
• It’s a plus if you have experience in fitness or health products — and a Hevy user, of course
