What You'll Do

* Develop our market territory by identifying opportunities for account expansion, decision makers, proposals, and closing meetings.
* Leverage existing contacts and client relationships to connect global learning leaders within multinational companies with goFLUENT solutions.
* Drive top-line revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within our existing account database.
* Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to nurture your accounts.
* Develop business cases demonstrating ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
* Participate in exhibitions and events.
* Travel to customer sites within your territory to support sales efforts.

What You'll Need

* 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales.
* Experience with SaaS and international markets is a plus.
* Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels, including senior management and C-suite.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
* Team player, self-motivated, and adaptable in a results-oriented environment.
* Native German or minimum B2 English level.
* Proactive, personable, and active on social media, especially LinkedIn.
* Relevant experience in Training, e-Learning, or HR services industry is advantageous.
