**The role**
In order to complete our Marketing, Sales and eBusiness IT Department, we are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Life Sciences
In this role, you will be responsible for the functional vision of the product and serve as liaison between the IS/IT and Business organizations. As part of the Product Team, you bring deep understanding to the opportunities and issues facing your business function and advises on the best solutions. You further translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements, and plays a key role within the product team to specify, test and deploy those as IS/IT solutions
**What you’ll do**
- Lead CRM Migration: Oversee the current CRM migration by conducting a thorough analysis of "As-is" and "To-be" scenarios. This includes identifying functional requirements and technical challenges in collaboration with both internal and external technical teams.
- Facilitate Workshops: Organize and lead functional requirement workshops to facilitate the design and build of the CRM solution, ensuring all stakeholder needs are captured and addressed.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop a comprehensive understanding of business processes, best practices, and key success factors. Collaborate with stakeholders from Headquarters, Markets, and globally managed businesses to gather and validate complex business requirements, providing recommendations and resolving conflicts to drive effective solutions.
- Change Management Support: Prepare stakeholders for IT change management and assist in the seamless transition of business processes, ensuring that all parties are equipped for the changes ahead.
- Market Deployment and Capability Exploration: Facilitate the deployment of the CRM solution across markets while exploring new functional and technical capabilities to enhance the system's effectiveness.

**Minimum qualifications**:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, System Analysis, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Software Development Lifecycle Knowledge: Practical experience with various Software Development Lifecycle methods, including SCRUM and Agile, as well as exposure to diverse technical configurations and processing environments.
**Bonus Points If You**:
- Familiarity with life science or pharmaceutical processes and companies will be advantageous
