Sales Manager SED Spain (Granada) H/M (H/F) - SAFRAN TRUSTED 4D
We are looking for a SALES MANAGER to join our sales team in Granada, Spain. Safran Electronics & Defense offers solutions in Resilient Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (R-PNT), Inertial products, and Simulation. The role covers Aerospace, Defense and Government (ADG) sales activity in the assigned Spain region for the full Safran Electronics & Defense portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the creation and implementation of tactical plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
* Increase market penetration by understanding the competitive landscape and how Safran technology can be used.
* Support the distribution scheme for the territory (direct, indirect, channel, etc.) to ensure high-quality customer relationships are developed and maintained.
* Collaborate with the Regional Director and Program Managers on program sales.
* Utilize partners to optimize the channel, including joint account calls and sales support.
* Develop and enhance customer relationships so Safran Electronics & Defense is viewed as a trusted partner.
* Manage key accounts and build new relationships with other major customers (directly or through the team).
* Ensure timely and accurate response to customer inquiries, leads, and sales opportunities.
What Success Looks Like
* Exceed annual order plan for the assigned territory.
* Execute plans to increase orders in the territory aligned with company strategy.
* Collaborate with Regional Director and Program Managers on program sales.
* Leverage partners to optimize the channel and support joint account activities.
* Understand technology trends and market dynamics to identify ripe target markets/applications.
* Develop and enhance customer relationships; Safran is seen as a partner by customers.
* Strong Key Account management with major customers and development of new relationships.
* Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and opportunities.

* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
* Interpersonal skills to develop relationships with customers and partners.
* Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Self-starter, confident, committed, and enthusiastic; takes initiative and can multitask and prioritize.
* Proficient in prospecting, negotiating, and closing.
* Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Requirements
* Background in a technical education or engineering discipline.
* 10+ years of technical sales experience with relevant electronic products, ideally in defense.
* Experience with Position, Navigation, Timing and/or Simulation products is a plus.
* Extensive experience working with a field sales channel (direct and reps or distributors).
