Role Summary: To design, lead, and execute the comprehensive Dealer Network distribution strategy for MG in Spain. This role focuses on driving sustainable network growth, ensuring dealer profitability, overseeing operational standards, and leading the Network Development team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Network Strategy & Restructuring: Design the distribution strategy and lead network restructuring to align MG's footprint with market averages.
* Contracts & Standards: Negotiate and approve new contracts, legal frameworks, and operational standards for the entire network.
* Operations & CI Roll-out: Oversee Corporate Identity implementations, Business Management initiatives, and optimize processes to reduce dealer appointment lead times.
* Dealer Engagement & Satisfaction: Drive strategic plans to elevate dealer satisfaction, accelerate onboarding, and build top-tier brand trust.
* Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor strategies and financial metrics to identify and capture new business opportunities.
* Team & Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage the Network Development team, define departmental KPIs/budgets, and ensure strong collaboration with Retail Sales, Aftersales, and Finance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related strategic fields.
* Experience: 5-8 years of proven experience in network strategy, restructuring, and dealership financial/business management. xohynlm
* Core Skills: Strong track record in team leadership, complex project management, and cross-functional integration.
* Languages: Proficient in both English and Spanish .
