Way2VAT is a global leader in automated VAT recovery and compliance solutions, helping businesses of all sizes simplify and optimize their VAT reclaim process. We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our expanding European sales team in Barcelona. As an SDR at Way2VAT, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients across Europe—educating them on the value of our VAT recovery technology and booking qualified meetings for our sales executives.
Qualify leads based on our ideal customer profile and set up high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute effective outreach campaigns and refine messaging.
Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot / Salesforce).
1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related customer-facing role—ideally in SaaS, fintech, or B2B tech.
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken); A track record of success in lead generation or pipeline development.
Comfortable making cold calls and writing compelling outreach emails.
