We are looking for 2–3 hungry brokers to collaborate with us on a commission-only basis.
This is perfect if you are (or want to be) self-employed and want more qualified international buyer leads to work with.
What you get:

CRM and AI tools to manage your pipeline
Competitive commission on the deals you close
You:
Are based in Marbella / Costa del Sol
Speak English + at least one more language (Spanish, Swedish, German, Dutch, Nordic, etc.)
Have experience in real estate or strong sales/hospitality background
Are comfortable working as autónomo and building your own business
This is a commission-only collaboration with self-employed brokers (no fixed salary).
