What you will do:
The Roles Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer you will have clear objectives great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist in the Procurement team you will be in charge of:
1. Drive down prices amp;
total cost through defining category strategies amp;
executing negotiations;
2. Build category strategies by developing crossfunctional teams;
executing internal analysis spend TCO amp;
savings amp;
external analysis benchmark supplier amp;
market;
and defining a sourcing strategy;
3. Dostakeholder management by managing internal clients and strategic partnerships;
4. Ensure required due diligence completed for supplier onboarding;
5. Execute risk and opportunity assessment;
6. Perform tracking and reporting of the achieved cost reductions and additional value generated;
7. Manage suppliers performance and enforce Procurement Processes amp;
Policies;
8. Execute Purchase to Pay process in AX Dynamics Microsoft ERP amp;
Coupa platform;
9. Design and execute strategic sourcing in Coupa platform collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop SOWs that reflect business needs in a way to clearly communicate to supply base and effectively support the business units;
10. Conduct thorough RFP process and supplier selection in order to achieve cost targets adhere to contractual requirements and follow strategic plans analyze vendor technical and commercial proposals;
11. Registerand manage vendors in AX Dynamics amp;
Coupa platform;
12. Source vendors through market research amp;
supplier evaluation;
13. Execute end to end strategic sourcing through RFx RFI RFP RFQ;
14. Manage contract process: by coordinating contract creation with stakeholders and ensuring contract best practices SLAs KPI SOW MSA ensuring that procurement risk and contract compliance requirements are met and maintained with a focus on the document management of supplier contract relationships;

5 years experience within Procurement or Strategic Sourcing environmentexecution a must1 year experience with Coupa desirableStrong communication amp;

price negotiations skillsStrong analytic skills experience using Gsuite: Google sheetsSolid computer skills: ie Microsoft Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint Advanced Excel knowledge vlookup pivot tables formulas macros etcStrong experience within supplier relations managementProficient English skills verbal and writingProven knowledge and experience in purchasing negotiation commercial understanding and cost breakdownDeveloped soft skills to manage executive level stakeholders and manage crossfunctional teamBachelors Degree in Business Purchasing andor Supply Chain Management
