Senior Social Media Strategist
who combines strategic vision, creative thinking, and strong analytical skills to lead brands’ social media presence, with brand building as a core focus.
You will play a key role in the conceptualization, development, and execution of social media strategies and content that drive cultural relevance and growth for our clients. You will work cross-functionally with creative teams, project managers, account leaders, and clients to build social‑first ideas that connect with audiences and elevate brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of comprehensive social media strategies, ensuring alignment with business and brand objectives.
Conceptualize and develop creative, social‑first ideas that are culturally relevant and tailored to each platform, in collaboration with creative teams.
Translate audience insights, data, and trends into actionable creative territories.
Work closely with creative teams (copy, art, content, production) to bring innovative and disruptive campaigns to life.
Oversee creative execution, ensuring strategic consistency and excellence in craft.
Analyze campaign and content performance, extracting insights for continuous optimization.
Identify real‑time opportunities (trends, cultural conversations, social listening) to activate agile and relevant proposals, always grounded in strategy and brand coherence.
Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic and creative partner.
Present strategic and creative proposals to clients and internal teams.
Coordinate with PR, media, and other disciplines to ensure an integrated approach.
Requirements
Solid experience in a senior social strategy role, working with large brands.
Proven experience developing social‑first campaigns, always‑on content, and cultural activations.
Ability to combine data‑driven strategic thinking with high‑level creative conceptualization.
Deep knowledge of social platforms, formats, cultural codes, and audience behavior.
Strong creative judgment and aesthetic sensibility.
Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into strategic storytelling.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Collaborative, proactive, and solution‑oriented profile.
Constant curiosity about culture, digital trends, and new social narratives.
A good command of English is a plus.
