**The Job**
We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst who can lead and further develop our EMEA data and analytics needs to serve stakeholder decision making at all levels within our business. From identifying data and reporting needs and creating meaningful data dashboards to running adhoc strategic projects for the SVP Kids EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in the kids’ business by being the expert in consumer content analytics. As a business partner and collaborator, stakeholders will look to you to help them make informed decisions across all business touchpoints, based on robust data analysis.

**The Daily**
In this role you will be our ‘expert’ on the kids’ portfolio in EMEA, using data and analytics to deepen our stakeholder’s understanding of kids’ consumption patterns across linear, VOD and digital. Responsibilities in this role include:
- Driving growth of our kids’ business by providing expert recommendations based on robust data analysis for our key stakeholders in the EMEA programming teams, digital and marketing functions
- Leading our data, audience measurement and reporting agenda across EMEA, building meaningful performance reports and dashboards that are accurate and give a clear, directional narrative.
- Working closely with the Head of Kids Insights EMEA to super serve the senior leadership team, translating business needs into data projects that utilize multiple data sources. Your work will be at the heart of business decision making for our portfolio and franchises across EMEA.
- Becoming a business partner, not only responding to requests but also proactively looking for stories and bringing issues or opportunities to the attention of the management team.
- Utilizing your expertise in Techedge and your numerical and analytical skills to build holistic stories using other data sources such as SVOD viewing behaviours on the SODA panel and HBO data.
- Harmonizing audience/user data from multiple sources and manage data ingestion into third-party BI tools
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and collaboration, particularly with research counterparts in the local WBD teams to stay close to performance in all markets.
- Manage and support the professional development of the intern
**The **Essentials**
- Proven experience in similar position at int’l broadcasting/entertainment company
- Highly numerate with strong proficiency in linear/digital/VOD content analytics tools (e.g. Techedge, Adobe Analytics, YouTube Analytics) as well as Excel, Power BI, SQL
- Broad experience in creating meaningful content performance reports and dashboards via BI platforms
(e. g. Looker, Tableau)
- Deep knowledge of the TV measurement landscape, multiplatform metrics and how to report on audiences across TV, streaming, digital and VOD
- Highly analytical, commercial & data-driven mindset, working towards KPIs
- Strong communication skills, can effectively & efficiently communicate across teams
- Good data visualization skills
- Proactive and driven personality, someone who looks for the story in data and strives to deliver more
- Team player who loves data & people
- Fluent English
