Responsibilities include performance management, misconduct, employment terminations, investigations, policy interpretation, best practices, and addressing personal issues affecting employees.Your role
As a Labor Relations Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
Consulting with managers and employees on a broad range of employee relations issues, ensuring resolution of alleged violations of company policies through research, fact-finding interviews, analysis, documentation, and consultation with Centers of Excellence (CoEs), business leaders, and Practice Leads.Providing legal advice to employers on various international labor laws and regulations, including labor rights, wage laws, and working conditions.Assisting with organizational change logistics and notifications to employees.Identifying and analyzing organizational trends to develop effective solutions.Contributing to the development of procedures and best practices in Employee Relations.Representing the organization in legal and administrative proceedings, investigating employee and attorney demands, and collaborating with legal counsel and internal teams.Your Skills and Experience
Ideal candidates will have:
Bachelor's degree in Labor Law and at least 5 years of relevant experience.Intermediate Technician's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (preferred).Deep knowledge of Spanish Labor Law;
international labor lawknowledge is a plus.Ability to mediate disputes and facilitate resolutions.Proactive approach and collaborative attitude.Strong analytical and communication skills in both English and Spanish.What we offer
