Job Description: Responsibilities:
* Provide resources and guidance to partners on emerging trends within their ecosystem aligned with HPE business priorities.
* Collaborate with partners to develop mutually beneficial plans for the future.
* Drive end-to-end HPE revenue, profitability, and pipeline through joint business plans and data-driven sales efforts.
* Develop basic knowledge of partner priorities, industry trends, IT landscape, and HPE solutions; communicate the value of HPE portfolios to differentiate from competitors.
* Coordinate HPE activities with partners, including sales, marketing, education, and client engagement, leveraging specialists as needed.
* Implement HPE strategies and programs to ensure accelerated financial outcomes and build partner loyalty.
* Tailor solutions to meet partner and customer needs, including HPE products and services, to achieve sales quotas.
* May recruit new partners and work to increase partner commitment to HPE.
Education and Experience Required:
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any field, preferably IT or Sales.
* 1-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
* Native Dutch speaker, fluent in English; French is a plus.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Basic industry knowledge in a specific territory.
* Basic communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Depending on the role, may require a hunter or strategic relationship approach.
* Basic knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce.
