At 42, we leverage AI to enhance strategic thinking and creativity, not replace it.About the RoleWe’re hiring a Demand Generation Strategist (Pod Lead) to manage strategy, execution, and client outcomes for a portfolio of 4–6 B2B SaaS companies in the mid-market and enterprise space.You’ll lead a delivery pod consisting of:
A DG Analyst or Manager (channel execution + reporting)A Designer (landing pages, creative, assets)A fractional Marketing Ops resource (HubSpot, attribution, reporting setup)As the Pod Lead, you’ll guide client strategy, lead calls, interpret data stories, manage client relationships, oversee deliverables, and coordinate your team to meet KPIs like SQLs and pipeline. You’ll report to the DG Team Lead, who supports account management, delivery standards, coaching, and strategic QA.This role offers high autonomy and ownership — ideal for someone ready to manage client strategy and lead a cross-functional team without layers of hierarchy or bureaucracy, thriving in a fast-paced agency environment.What Your Background Might Look Like4–6+ years of B2B demand gen or growth marketing experienceExperience leading client relationships and owning end-to-end strategyStrong knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and lifecycle emailsData storytelling skills, capable of reporting to C-level stakeholders clearlyExperience coordinating cross-functional execution (design, ops, analytics)Confident client-facing communication — guiding, challenging, teachingExposure to ABM and account segmentation is a plusWhat a Pod Looks LikeEach pod typically includes:
