Intress is seeking Educadors/es i Integradors/es Socials to fill our BORSA DE SUPLÈNCIES, which includes regular substitutions and the possibility of permanent positions. The role involves managing our Centre d'Acollida for children and adolescents located in Arenys de Mar, Barcelona.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze the personal, family, and social situation of children, adolescents, or youth to develop individualized educational intervention projects.
* Provide accompaniment and support for managing administrative tasks, community support, and training to develop social skills and improve family relationships.
* Review and document the development of the Individualized Educational Project for minors and/or families.
* Engage with children, adolescents, or youth through meaningful relationships to foster their harmonious and stable growth.
* Participate in meetings to gather suggestions about the Centre's operation and the needs of the children and youth, facilitating dialogue and responses.
* Assist families in daily activities that promote the development of children, including nutrition, hygiene, rest, and play.
* Conduct informational sessions on Family Foster Care for interested individuals.
What we offer:
* Start date: immediate if needed
* End date: according to the substitution period
* Monthly gross salary for 38 hours/week:
Educador/a Social: €1,857.69
Qualified personnel: €1,607.51
Work Schedule and Conditions:
* Shifts: morning, afternoon, night, and/or weekends

Requirements:
What we expect from you:
* Educational qualifications: CFGS in Social Integration, University degree in Social Education, or final year student of the degree.
* Professional experience in intervention and care for groups and families facing socio-economic integration challenges.
* Knowledge of intervention models in childhood and family, foster care, and adoption.
Additional valued skills include training in functional diversity (e.g., TEA, psychopathologies, intellectual disabilities), working with families, group dynamics, conflict management, community intervention, socio-educational methodologies, and familiarity with digital media. A clean criminal record certificate for sexual offenses is mandatory.
