**Position Snapshot**- Location: Barcelona, Spain- Company: Nestlé- Stream: IT T&P-; Type of Contract: Permanent contract- Type of work: Hybrid- Work Language: Fluent Business English**The role**In this position, you will establish and maintain a connection between IS/IT & business Consumers and Customers. As part of the Product Group Team, you will ensure a deep understanding of opportunities and issues facing business functions and advises on the best IT solutions. Furthermore, you will translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements and will play a key role within the Product Group Team to specify, test and deploy those IS/IT solutions.**What you’ll do**- Identify, build, test and implement changes to current systems with the objective to ensure compliance, improve performance and/or usability.- Support the on boarding and training of new team members.- Ensures that the Product/Product Group Managers and Business Relationship Manager are supported in the development of the strategy through incremental improvement of the product.- Ensure the training materials for the Product Group area are documented.- Oversee the delivery of training to the end users, deployment, and support team.- Support the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of the third level sustain.- Consults with product manager to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the business need.- Coach, motivate and direct staff belonging to various organizations (business and IS/IT) to understand the business needs and find the best solution that will both align with the customer objectives and the IS/IT strategy.- Partner with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements.- Partner with the BRM and Product Group Manager to facilitate both strategy and innovation planning with business stakeholders.- Consult with Product Group teams and proposes alternative solutions.**We offer you**We offer more than just a job. Our state-of-the-art campus is dog friendly and equipped with a medical center, canteen and areas to co-create network and chill!- ** Recreation activities** such as yoga, Zumba, etc. and a wide range of volunteering activities.**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, Sciences, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent.- 5+ years of relevant experience in a relevant functional area.- Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies.- Extensive business experience in a relevant function is beneficial.- Extensive project implementation experience.- Extensive experience with effective communication at different levels in an organization.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and with additional languages as a plus.- Understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.- Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.G. Agile, Waterfall).- Expertise in configuration, implementation of best practices and knowledge of the latest functionalities available.- Understanding of modeling techniques.- Organization: Above-average organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and stakeholders at the same time. Ability to work and collaborate in a virtual team with people across countries with different culture & time zone.
