**About the Role**:
An opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef Position (Cap Roig Restaurant) to join our Culinary Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Assist the Outlet Head Chef in menu planning, food cost control, and inventory management to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring high culinary standards and smooth daily operations.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring a clean and well-organized kitchen.
- Oversee food presentation and quality, ensuring all dishes meet established standards before reaching guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall dining experience and adapt to guest feedback.
