With a general presence in about 50 markets, we invite you to impact the future of health and your career with us.**Position Snapshot**:- Location: Galicia (A Coruña, Vigo)- Company: Nestlé Spain - Nestlé Health Science- Full Time**Position Summary**:This role exists to increase the sellout of VMS range in Pharmacy by according to the strategies / guidelines educate Phamacy owners (and teams) to identify the right profile of customers that could benefit of the different product for a wide variety of treatments. Providing teaching and advise to technical questions as well as to boost commercial skills to identify customer profiles, cross selling, and visibility opportunities. Must be a consulting and training expert for the pharmacists and coordinate events with HCPs of influence in its area, to ensure the doctor & pharmacy coordination.**A day in the life of...**:- Set with their Area Sales Manager sell out goals (IMS data/sell out) in the range of pharmacies designated.- Number of trainings and activities in pharmacies and drugstores in their area.- Implementing training programs, visibility actions and cross selling initiatives & monitoring effectiveness.- Coordinate with Sales CC reps to optimize product stock in pharmacies according to training plan and promotion activated. Continuous feedback to marketing department to POS needs and assortment pros/cons.- Manage point of sale and the materials needed for optimization, along with the agreed actions of category management.- Control the quality management of our products at the point of sale, as well as display and storage conditions, according to NQMS.- Report your daily activity through a system approved under the terminal TEV sales team.- Analyze the competition and report their activities to HQ- Efficiently manage the resources allocated in accordance with company policies- Accomplish with and implement the Cycle Guide instructions"- Analyze the actions effectiveness and suggest improvements- Maintain and update the customer base to direct all resources to maximum potential.- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of tools and promotional materials necessary for their work, following the guidelines of the company.- Perform monthly and within the deadlines established the settlement of travel expenses.- Comply with the Code of Conduct and current Legislation and applicable instructions Occupational Health and Safety and Environment in the workplace, in addition to the functions described in the Handbook of Environmental Management System and Occupational Health and Safety.- Participate in training courses, ensuring the right knowledge of products, market, and services within their business scope.- Do proposals and meet agreed development plans with their Sales Area Manager (PE & PDG)"- Negotiating agreements for contracts with customers and ensuring commerciality. Working closely with the national accounts team to secure large accounts.- Engage with customers (eg, pharmacies, retailers) to support sell out sales and achieve optimum education levels and the right brand expertise in the PoS.- Implements education and training for Customers (Pharmacists).**What will make you successful**:- University or post-graduate qualification.- Sales and/or training experience minim. 5 years approximately, in Pharmacy environment- Experience in the healthcare industry/sector and experience within the consumer/retail/pharmacy/drug- KOL management- Deep Nutrional knowledge; Dietitian & Nutritionist background- Commercial orientation, analytical capabilities, listening, communication, initiative and creativity- Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development.- Ability to see opportunities and implement action plans- Comunication Skills, Focus on imapcting others/ results achievement, Flexibility- Teamwork, responsibility and commitment- Planning and organization, know and dominate the market, learning attitude- Self starter with proactive initiative- Good use of computer programs and Office package- Fluent in Local Language
