What you will do in this role

As an Engagement Manager on our team, you will:
1. Onboard Independent Software Vendors (ISV) into success, explaining the value proposition of the commercial marketplace, opportunities and setting up engagement expectations.
2. Activate technical consults and Go-To-Market Planning sessions.
3. Manage the pipeline of ISVs through proactive outreach to ensure they have all the support required to meet their anticipated publication dates.
4. Nurture and activate through regular emails and one-on-one meetings with ISVs and track progression towards the next steps.
5. Troubleshoot program-related issues ISVs might face.
6. Promote content, events, programs, and other desired actions.
7. Work in tandem with the ISV Technical Team to support ISVs with activating their technical consultations.

Concentrix is a great match if you:
1. Are bilingual or proficient in Swedish or Norwegian plus fluent in English.
2. Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing or related field.
3. Have minimum 2 years (+) sales and marketing experience, 1 year (+) account management experience, 1 year (+) IT industry experience.
4. Have sales skills – Familiar with modern selling techniques, consistently executes core messaging strategy, can navigate to decision makers, and establish clear next steps.
5. Can accurately document call outcomes and notes.
6. Have basic understanding of target industry, ability to deliver provided messaging on solutions.
7. Are fluent with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web conferencing tools) and experience using CRM system is required.
8. Have a baseline understanding and passion for cloud technologies and changing the world.
9. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and use of professional business language.
