Olala! is a fast-growing tech-enabled real estate management and hospitality company with headquarters in Barcelona. We are part of a hospitality group that manages over 1200 accommodation units, such as short-term rentals, hotels, and other unique stays; as well as 10 F&B assets, across multiple countries in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Your role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be in charge of developing and implementing sales strategies to increase the brand presence in the market. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and contribute to the growth of our company.

Your Journey

* Develop the sales strategy across the region.
* Co-create the value proposition: Work alongside branding, marketing, and product to refine Olala and the group's storytelling and unique proposition compared to other players in MICE and corporate travel. Besides just selling, but helping to define what we sell and how we offer it.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the hospitality industry to develop new business opportunities.
* Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the market.
* Market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth.
* Oversee and meet sales objectives and budget goals, providing detailed reports on performance to management.
* Work closely with other departments (operations, marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience and consistent brand messaging.

What do you bring to your trip

* Previous experience in tech-enabled or scale-up environments: We are looking for someone who has worked in growing companies with a scaling culture, constant change, a fluid structure, and a focus on efficiency.
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry.
* Strong understanding of the hospitality market and customer behavior.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Master´s degree is a plus.
* Proficiency in English & Spanish.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Result-oriented and proactive.
