Banco Santander is seeking a Global Product Owner for the Commercial Digital Channel to join our Retail & Commercial Banking division, based in our Madrid office.
What You Will Do:
1. Strategic Product Vision: Develop a comprehensive global product vision and strategy for the Commercial Digital Channel, aligning with market standards, customer needs, and fostering innovation. Focus on transitioning from transactional to engagement-driven digital banking, enhancing onboarding for SME clients, and ensuring a unified user experience across geographies.
2. Data-Driven Approach: Utilize business intelligence to maximize client engagement and support the sales team with insights like Next Best Conversation. Collaborate with data partners to inform product decisions.
3. Define and Promote the Product Vision: Establish and communicate a seamless, best-in-class digital experience across all touchpoints, aligning with customer needs, business priorities, and industry benchmarks. Work with global and local stakeholders to promote this vision.
4. Coordinate the Domain: Manage global product features, oversee squads, define epics, and prioritize backlogs. Build and develop high-performing teams, and communicate with senior management and stakeholders effectively.
5. Drive Agile Product Management: Implement agile strategies, balancing global and local features, prioritizing based on impact and standardization.
6. Define and Track OKRs: Set and monitor Objectives and Key Results to improve customer experience, reduce costs, and refine user experience through analytics and feedback.
