We are looking for a Mobile Account Manager with 2+ years of experience in managing and scaling advertising campaigns as well as directly managing publishers and traffic sources.
This role involves owning campaigns end-to-end, working closely with publishers, identifying new traffic opportunities, optimizing performance, and ensuring long-term publisher success.
The position can be based remotely.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns on mobile platforms
- Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with new publishers
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success and troubleshoot issues
- Negotiate pricing and placements to maximize ROI
- Monitor KPIs to ensure profitability and scale opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital or mobile advertising
- Strong understanding of affiliate and performance marketing
- Experience working with publishers, networks, or direct advertisers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English
