Job description
Our team is growing, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are looking for new challenges. We are hiring Transfer Agent to support one of our key clients in Málaga who will work during Season 2026.
As a Transfer Agent you will be responsible to manage and control transfer routes in Mallorca, have a close relationship with TTOO to ensure the best quality of service and also manage incidents. If you enjoy optimizing the grouping for a transfer and designing the best transfer route is like a game for you, we are waiting to meet you.
The main responsibilities will be:
* Management and control of transfers in Costa del Sol.
* Communication with providers, hoteliers and TTOO.
* Management of claims and incidents.
* Coordination with other internal departments to ensure the quality of service.
* Be involved in the planification of the transfer routes.
Requirements
* 2 years of experience in a similar position.
* Advanced level of English, other languages are a plus.
* Able to work properly with IT Systems and adapt quickly to our in-house operational systems.
* Studies of Tourism or related fields.
