About the Role:
We are seeking a Head of Marketing Performance - B2C to drive high-volume, multi-country B2C lead generation campaigns focused on driver acquisition. You will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital and none-digital campaigns across multiple channels to deliver consistent, high-quality driver leads that fuel the growth of our partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and execute scalable lead generation strategies across multiple European countries and cities.
- Manage 30+ simultaneous multi-channel campaigns, optimizing for volume, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers, media buyers, and analysts to ensure consistent delivery.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CPL, conversion rates, ROI) to inform strategic decisions.
- Localize messaging, creatives, and targeting strategies for different markets while ensuring compliance with local regulations (e.G., GDPR).
- Implement marketing automation tools and processes to scale efficiently while maintaining lead quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (like Amazon, Uber, and others) to align on goals, priorities, and lead quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years in B2C Lead Generation.
- Hands-on experience managing multi-country campaigns in Europe.
- Demonstrated ability to manage 30+ concurrent campaigns with significant budgets (€500K+/quarter).
- Strong skills in data analysis and tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, and CRM platforms.
- Experience leading cross-functional marketing teams.
- Experience in logistics, mobility, or gig-economy sectors would be considered a plus.
- Track record of adopting new channels, testing innovative strategies, and using automation to scale.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High fluency in English (Native or C2)
