We work extensively with EU institutions and development partners on policy, digital transformation, and public sector reform initiatives.NTUis currently leading a consortium under aMultiple Framework Contract with the European Commissionfocused on high-level advisory services related to digital government, ICT strategy, digital policy, and public sector transformation. To support future assignments under this framework, we are expanding our pool ofCybersecurity and Digital Security expertsacross the European Union.Assignments under the framework may include activities such as: Development of cybersecurity strategies and governance frameworks; Cybersecurity risk assessments and security architecture advisory; Advisory on EU cybersecurity legislation and policies (e.g. NIS2, Cybersecurity Act); Development of security standards and best practices for digital public services; Support to digital resilience and secure digital infrastructure initiatives.Profile Requirements We are particularly interested in experts with: 8+ years of experiencein cybersecurity, information security, or digital security advisory; Experience working withEU institutions, international organisations, or national public administrations ; Expertise in areas such ascybersecurity governance, risk management, security architecture, or digital resilience ; Strong analytical and advisory skills, including preparation ofstrategies, assessments, or technical reports ; Degree incybersecurity, information security, ICT, or related technical fields ; Professional certifications (e.g.CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 ) are considered an asset; Fluency inEnglishis required.
