This includes, but is not limited to, installations, upgrades, maintenance, repairs, and other associated activities at the client's facilities in Iberia and remotely in Europe, if necessary.The Consultant will work with the client's Healthcare Information Systems Implementation teams, providing remote and on-site technical support for both implementation and post-installation, including integration tasks, connectivity with third-party devices, and data exploitation. This position will be especially dedicated to the area of Castilla León. Therefore, any knowledge of systems and solutions in the health sector within SACYL will be valued.**Your role:*** Provide remote and on-site technical support to project teams.* Serve as technical lead for small to medium-sized implementations and manage escalations appropriately.* Conduct remote monitoring, manage alerts, open incident tickets, and facilitate incident resolution.* Maintain high standards of communication and documentation with clients.* Comply with company work practices and health and safety guidelines while ensuring smooth technical transitions for projects.**You're the right fit if:*** Experience with healthcare products, particularly in critical patient care and electronic health record systems, is advantageous.* Proficient in integration standards such as HL7, FHIR, and web services.* Possess a university degree and have expertise with Oracle or SQL databases, as well as Windows operating systems and remote support tools.* Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English, with additional languages considered beneficial.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enthusiastic demeanor, strong team spirit, and ability to adapt technically as products evolve.**How we work together**We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
