The Sales Applications Specialist will be responsible for sales, promotion, and technical support to customers to ensure the optimal performance of reagents and instruments. The role involves providing solutions tailored to customer needs and building trust to generate medium- and long-term value for the company.
Key Accountabilities
* Ensure compliance with the Ethical Code.
* Promote Werfen solutions and advise customers to improve lab organization.
* Focus actions on "Value Selling".
* Perform demonstrations and build trust in our solutions.
* Keep clients updated on new techniques, provide product information, and organize visits.
* Train customers and ensure correct solution performance.
* Provide troubleshooting for technical inquiries.
* Follow-up with clients to identify new growth opportunities.
* Monitor the service levels across departments for assigned accounts.
* Manage a budget and seek new business opportunities.
* Handle the technical solution of the zGP.
* Interpret tender documents technically and prepare related documentation in collaboration with KAM and B.Unit.
* Resolve product incidents technically in coordination with specialists and manufacturers. Install equipment with Technical Service support.
* Organize special visits with Product Managers.
Networking / Key relationships include interactions with:
* Product Managers
* Customer Service & Logistics
* Technical Support team
* Contracting Department
Minimum Knowledge & Experience
* Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences.
* At least three years’ experience in sales and/or marketing within healthcare.
* Comprehensive knowledge of life sciences.
* Language skills specific to country and role needs.
