Pro-actively manage and negotiate renewal for our book rated portfolio by executing annual renewal strategy.
- Take the lead in day to day enquiries for assigned portfolio working with internal stakeholders to resolve in agreed timelines.
- Gather and analyse claims data.
- Database Management, ensuring all relevant details are recorded accurately.
- Facilitate the renewal process in conjunction with the Client Management team.
- Participate in client visits to the European Service Centre and occasionally attend Client Meetings.
