¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
* Apply incoming cash to outstanding invoices manually or by enhancing Autobank rules* Resolve under/over-payments.* Resolve incidents with customers about queries and payments;* Build relationships and credibility with internal and external customers;* Proactively handle collections within a portfolio of customers, based on policies and procedures defined by the company;* Ensure proper financial measures for collections;* Address insolvencies according to company policies and procedures;* Carry out the reconciliation of customer accounts when required;* Be in charge of providing support in accounting closings
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Autobank, Salesforce, and Smarteye) is a plus;* Experience with automation of credit to cash process between different tools* Strong and clear communication.* Detail & solution-oriented person* Fluent in English &French good command of both oral & written
