At Grandiora Real Estate, a boutique firm specializing in luxury properties, we are seeking a Sales Assistant / Sales Coordinator to provide strategic and operational support to our commercial department.This position is tailored for a highly organized, proactive individual with exceptional coordination skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of sales operations, client follow-ups, and internal process optimization.We are looking for a profile with an operational mindset, sharp attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to interact with both high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and our internal Sales and Marketing teams.Key Responsibilities Operational Management: Coordinate the daily operations of the sales department and act as the core liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Operations.Lead Management: Receive, initially qualify, and distribute leads from real estate portals, the corporate website, social media, and marketing campaigns.Team Support: Coordinate schedules, meetings, and property viewings for the Sales Executives, providing them with administrative and operational support.CRM Management: Maintain an up-to-date sales database, ensure rigorous follow-up with active and potential clients, and guarantee accurate activity tracking.Analysis & KPIs: Coordinate documentation, compile commercial reports, track KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve processes and lead conversion rates.Quality Assurance: Supervise the correct execution of sales processes, ensuring the highest standards of luxury customer service.Profile Requirements Experience: Proven experience in sales coordination, sales support, or sales administration roles.Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, the luxury sector, or premium environments is highly valued.Languages: High proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
